1. Nature of the Products
SaveAkce.net provides digital gift cards and related digital products delivered electronically.
Because digital gift cards can be used immediately after delivery and are treated similarly to cash equivalents, special refund rules apply.
2. General Refund Policy
As a general rule, digital gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been successfully delivered to the customer or designated recipient.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before completing a purchase.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment
If the same order was charged more than once due to a technical error.
Incorrect Charge
If an incorrect amount was charged due to a system error.
Non-Delivery
If a gift card was not delivered due to a verified technical issue on our side and the issue cannot be resolved through re-delivery or replacement.
Legal Requirement
Where a refund is required under applicable law.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- the gift card has been successfully delivered;
- the customer changes their mind after purchase;
- the customer ordered the wrong gift card;
- the customer entered incorrect recipient information;
- the gift card has been redeemed, partially redeemed, transferred, copied, or shared;
- the customer failed to review merchant-specific restrictions before purchase;
- the merchant changes its own policies after purchase.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Digital gift cards are supplied electronically and constitute digital content.
By placing an order and requesting immediate delivery, you expressly:
- consent to the immediate performance of the service;
- acknowledge that delivery begins immediately after payment processing;
- understand that you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has occurred.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, including Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and related national legislation, no withdrawal or cancellation right applies after successful delivery of the digital gift card.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to a technical issue under our control, we may, at our discretion:
- re-send the gift card;
- issue a replacement gift card;
- provide an alternative solution;
- issue a refund where appropriate.
7. Fraud Prevention and Verification
For security and fraud prevention purposes, refund requests may be subject to verification procedures.
We reserve the right to request information reasonably necessary to verify:
- customer identity;
- ownership of the payment method;
- transaction details;
- eligibility for a refund.
Refund requests associated with suspected fraud, abuse, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, or misuse may be denied and referred to the relevant authorities when appropriate.
8. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider.
Where a chargeback is initiated for a validly delivered gift card, we reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery, transaction records, fraud-prevention records, and customer communications to the relevant payment processor, bank, or card network.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Actual processing times may vary depending on:
- the payment provider;
- the issuing bank;
- card network procedures;
- local banking systems.
